Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks an experienced Global Agency Finance Controller to oversee financial performance across its international agency network. You will report to the CFO and drive financial governance, profitability, and compliance for multiple country operations.

The role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights, leading standardization of practices, and partnering with agency management to optimize cash flow, KPIs, and treasury management while supporting system

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of managerial finance experience in a large shipping agency
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; professional accounting qualification desirable
Experience with ERP, treasury management, and agency accounting principles desired

Responsibilities

Review and analyze financial performance across the network, including disbursement accounts, costs, fees, and expenses
Prepare management reports and variance analyses to advise CFO and Agency Management Teams
Drive operational efficiency, standardize processes, and lead profitability initiatives across agencies
Support ERP implementations and enhance reporting tools for accuracy and data-driven decisions
Provide guidance and training to agency finance teams and stakeholders across the network
