Shield AI is seeking an International Aechelon / Simulation Sales Specialist to drive growth of the Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. This role partners with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify, shape, and advance opportunities, translating simulation capabilities into customer value.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, overlay sales, capture support, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to support or drive complex technology sales in international, enterprise, government, or defense environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to position technical solutions in terms of customer value and mission relevance.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through, including the ability to manage multiple active opportunities and stakeholder needs.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Mansioni

• Serve as the specialist sales resource for the Aechelon simulation portfolio across priority international markets.
• Partner with regional sales leaders, account owners, and business development teams to identify, qualify, and advance simulation opportunities.
• Support account strategy, opportunity planning, and customer engagement efforts related to the Aechelon portfolio.
• Help drive pipeline development for simulation opportunities and maintain visibility into key pursuits, risks, and next steps.
