About The Role

About this opportunity

At Gleeds in the UAE, we are inviting applications for future opportunities. We will have roles open at various levels for qualified and proactive Project Management and MRICS chartered Cost Management professionals.

About You

Who we’re looking for:

Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience with a consultancy organization
  • 5+ years experience living and working in the GCC
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and planning
  • Extensive buildings project experience, including hospitality, mixed-use, stadia, residential
  • Practical knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies
  • Sound knowledge and experience of post-contract cost management tasks
  • Clear and effective communication skills—both oral and written
  • Ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
  • MRICS or equivalent chartered status
  • Middle East project experience
  • Arabic language skills desirable
  • Native English level in written and oral skills
