GIS Analyst

We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to manage and support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of our GIS systems, including ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, geodatabases, and associated mobile applications. This role will involve collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless operations and data integrity across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portal Administration: Manage user access, permissions, content, security configurations, and system maintenance for ArcGIS Enterprise Portal. Ensure proper access control and integration with other systems.
• Geodatabase Administration: Oversee geodatabase design, configuration, performance optimization, backup, version management, and maintenance. Manage spatial and non-spatial data, ensuring data consistency and security.
• Mobile & Field Application Support: Administer and support mobile applications used for field data collection and integration with GIS systems.
• Project Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams for project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring quality control, compliance, and effective contractor management.
• License & User Management: Manage licenses and users for ESRI, Autodesk, Bentley, CSI, Prokon, and Adobe software.
• Training & Support: Provide training, documentation, and technical support to GIS users across departments, ensuring efficient use of GIS tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Esri products, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Server, and ArcGIS Portal.
• Experience with SQL for spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL/PostGIS).
• Hands-on experience with Experience Builder Developer Edition for creating custom GIS applications.
• Expertise in GIS data management, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with mobile applications and field data collection.
• Strong knowledge of ESRI, Autodesk, Bentley, CSI, Prokon, and Adobe tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
