Job summary

Qualifications

• German (C2) is required.
• Proven sales experience in FX, finance, or high-performance sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
• Experience in FX, financial services, or trading environments is a plus.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion is expected.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty.
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume.
