FX Trading Dubai is recruiting a Sales Trainee fluent in German to drive client conversion in our Dubai office. You will join a growth-focused team and receive comprehensive training to build a career in FX trading and client acquisition.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets with ongoing coaching and career development opportunities. Base salary is paid monthly with a commission plan.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience in any industry; FX, finance or high‑performance sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, target-driven and eager to learn.

Mansioni

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active traders
• Build long-term client relationships to support loyalty
