Job summary

AECOM, a global infrastructure leader, is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join multidisciplinary project teams in the UAE. You will collect, analyze, and interpret geotechnical data, perform routine analyses, and contribute to reports and design calculations while guiding junior engineers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering with 2–8 years of relevant experience; familiarity with geotechnical investigations, 3D FEM tools, and industry contracts is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–8 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
• Experience in geotechnical investigations, design, and construction support.
• Knowledge of contracts related to geotechnical investigations and construction works.
• Proficiency in geotechnical investigations and parameter interpretation.

• Professional registration in Qatar, Bahrain, or the UAE
• Experience with 3D Finite Element Analysis (FEM)
• Experience with software such as PLAXIS 2D, Slope/W, or RS2
