Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in construction, with focus on geotechnical or earthworks projects.
• Strong expertise in slope stabilization, ground investigation, or bulk earthworks.
• Proven leadership experience managing large construction teams and complex sites.
• Ability to handle multiple work fronts and maintain project schedules.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based construction activities for geotechnical and slope stabilization works.
• Ensure safe execution of all construction operations in line with project standards.
• Develop construction plans, identify milestones, and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to optimize performance.
• Supervise site teams and monitor progress while implementing corrective actions when required.
• Manage workforce assignments and support performance evaluations.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all construction phases.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management and stakeholders.
• Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements on-site.
• Act as main liaison with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
• Resolve on-site challenges through effective problem-solving and coordination.
