Job Overview
Amazon is restructuring its real estate portfolio across EMEA, and we re seeking a Dubai-based Geo Strategist to lead this change for the Middle East and North Africa region. You will partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative real estate strategies that balance cost-efficiency with operational excellence. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in real estate strategy, space planning, and program management.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and lead real estate initiatives aligned with business unit strategies
* Collaborate with global and regional teams on portfolio planning and execution
* Translate business requirements into space and occupancy strategies across 22 buildings
* Manage cross-functional relationships with FP&A, HR (PXT), and Talent Development teams
* Validate headcount forecasts and real estate demand projections
* Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and senior leadership
* Support meetings and write strategy documents that follow Amazon s standards
* Report on project outcomes and strategic performance metrics

Job Requirements

* Significant experience in program or project management
* Proven expertise in real estate strategy, space planning, or customer-focused programs
* Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable reports
