Job summary

Fugro is seeking a communications/marketing professional to join our UAE team and help drive regional communication efforts. You will support annual plans, create content for campaigns, and organize events across internal and external audiences.

The role involves close collaboration with MEI, business development and commercial teams to analyze market trends and share insights, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media Marketing Communications Business or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or a similar field.
• Highly motivated and proactive individual with a strong passion for communications and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Communication team in generating annual communications plans, implementing them and monitoring progress; report against KPIs and provide monthly SOV-related reports.
• Develop communication tools and content for marketing programmes including social media posts, articles, case studies and brochures; prepare materials for publication with regional stakeholders.
• Organize conferences and events internally and externally, including booth coordination, messaging, team coordination and client invitations.
• Work closely with MEI, business development and commercial teams to provide market and customer trend analysis; include competitor intelligence where applicable.
• Use internal channels to promote relevant internal and external news aligned with regional plans and priorities.
• Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business and functions.
