Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology or related field; PhD a plus.
• Experience in molecular biology lab work and genomics research.
• Strong understanding of DNA/RNA structure, gene expression, and molecular mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct molecular biology and genomics research projects.
• Perform DNA/RNA extraction, purification, quantification, and QC.
• Execute PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, and prepare samples for sequencing and genotyping.
• Support NGS workflows, library prep, and sequencing QC.
• Collaborate with bioinformatics to analyze sequencing data and interpret results.
• Review literature and identify research gaps; maintain rigorous documentation.
