Job summary

GeneDx, a leader in precision medicine, seeks a detail-oriented professional in Dubai to review genetic test orders for completeness and accuracy and to facilitate test setup by linking samples and positive controls.

You will document order details, identify issues, notify clients of discrepancies, and respond to patient and provider inquiries via phone and email while coordinating referrals and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, medical technology, healthcare or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in mathematical reasoning and computer literacy.
• Ability to work specific shifts: Tue-Sat 8am-4:30pm ET or Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm ET.
