NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is sourcing a Service Engineer (Generator) for a client in Dubai. The role demands hands-on experience with Cummins diesel generators, PCC controls, and synchronization of multiple sets to ensure reliable power and smooth transitions.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of diesel generator experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to diagnose faults quickly while maintaining thorough service records for traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with diesel generators.
• Strong technical knowledge of generator systems, synchronization, and PCC controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency service on Cummins diesel generators to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PCC (Power Command Control) systems.
• Execute synchronization of multiple diesel generator sets, ensuring proper load sharing and smooth transitions.
• Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on medium and high-voltage equipment in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Diagnose faults efficiently and implement effective technical solutions within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service reports, documentation, and logs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
