Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions is urgently hiring a Generator Supervisor in Dubai, onsite. The role requires 5+ years in generator maintenance and strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills. You will lead technical repairs, drive sales, and ensure uptime of customer gensets across sites in the UAE.

Immediate joiners only. Candidates must have a valid manual driving licence and be prepared for extensive travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in generator maintenance or related experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical generator systems and relay logic.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
Valid manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate hands-on technical knowledge of electrical generator systems and engine faults.
Drive generator sales through B2B and project-based selling.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to pitch solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into orders.
Commission gensets at customer sites following standards.
Perform preventative maintenance per schedules and procedures.
Diagnose complex generator faults and plan repairs with required parts/hours.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and replace damaged components.
Follow documented procedures to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
