A leading veterinary clinic in Dubai is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating small animals, conducting surgeries, and educating clients on animal care. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic veterinary clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treating small animals, particularly cats and dogs, and be confident performing both routine and complex procedures. You will play a key role in delivering top-tier care to our patients and excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and conditions in cats and dogs • Perform soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries with high proficiency • Conduct routine procedures including vaccinations, neutering, dental care, etc. • Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, blood tests, and ultrasounds • Prescribe medications and treatment plans tailored to individual cases • Provide emergency care during urgent situations • Maintain accurate medical records and case files • Educate pet owners on preventive care, nutrition, and general animal welfare • Collaborate with other veterinarians and clinic staff to ensure the best patient outcomes • Stay updated on the latest veterinary medicine practices and protocols
• Education: DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience with small animals • Licensing: Must be eligible for or hold a UAE MOCCAE veterinary license Skills: • Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • High attention to detail and commitment to quality care • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience working in the Middle East or international veterinary clinics • Ultrasound and/or endoscopy experience • Fluency in English, Hindi and other languages • Passion for animal welfare and client education
