4. Lead the surgical team during operations, following standard procedures.
5. Conduct safety reviews before, during, and after procedures to maintain patient safety.
6. Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines to provide excellent patient care.

8. Contribute to teaching and mentorship programs as requested by administration.
