General Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner (GP) to join our prestigious 5-star wellness resort in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary healthcare to our international clientele while embracing the resort’s holistic and healing philosophy.

This unique opportunity is ideal for a GP with a strong interest in Integrative or Functional Medicine, looking to transition into a more root-cause, lifestyle-focused approach to health within a luxury wellness setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide professional primary medical care, consultations, and assessments to resort guests and staff.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in a non-emergency, lifestyle-oriented environment.

Work closely with our multidisciplinary wellness team, including nutritionists, spa therapists, yoga instructors, and alternative medicine practitioners.

Design personalized wellness plans, incorporating prevention, nutrition, stress reduction, detox protocols, and physical wellness.

Support health retreats, wellness workshops, and medical talks (optional or as per interest).

Maintain detailed, confidential medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Contribute to the evolution of our medical services into Functional Medicine by undergoing supported training and certifications.

Promote a healing atmosphere aligned with the luxury and tranquility of the resort.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

Valid DHA / MOH license or eligibility to practice in Ajman, UAE.

3+ years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner, ideally with wellness, resort, or private clinic exposure.

Interest or training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Lifestyle Medicine (IFM, A4M, etc., is a plus).

Warm, approachable demeanor with excellent bedside manner and communication skills.

Passionate about holistic healing, patient empowerment, and preventive care.

Ability to work collaboratively within a luxury hospitality environment.
