Job Duties:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Establish the production site and relevant support team.
• Develop and implement the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the overall organizational goals.
• Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Establish performance goals and regularly review progress, ensuring the achievement of key metrics.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the MENA region.
• Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, suppliers, and industry associations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental lab (including both import products and domestic digital lab productions), ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance workflow.
• Set up the lab infrastructure, including selecting and implementing appropriate dental technologies and equipment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as necessary to improve operational performance.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure individual and team growth.
• Liaise with Modern Dental team in developing the team capabilities in latest dental technology and setup in UAE.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability of the organization.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and implement effective financial controls.
• Implement pricing strategies and cost models to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services.
• Establish and monitor quality control processes to meet or exceed industry standards.

Training and Education:

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and industry practices.
• Provide training and education opportunities to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the dental lab.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, dental technology) is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years proven track record of success in production, business development, and operational management within the dental industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages spoken in the MENA region is a plus.
• Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Solid understanding of dental lab operations, technologies, and industry trends.
• Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing profitability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Relocation to Abu Dhabi is required.
