Are you a visionary leader with a passion for guest experiences, operational excellence, and team development within the leisure and theme park industry?

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the full operation of a world-class leisure destination in the UAE. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven, people-centric, and strategically minded professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business operations aligned with strategic direction and organizational objectives

Drive guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and financial performance

Oversee budget planning, revenue management, payroll, and capital projects

Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments and shared services

Lead safety, innovation, policy development, and SOP implementation

Represent the facility in industry forums and government-related events

Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams and develop talent pipelines

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years of experience in the theme park and/or waterpark industry

10+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale teams

️ Background in crisis management, operations, and guest excellence

️ Strong financial acumen and ability to drive business strategy

️ Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

️ Experience with pre-openings or launching large-scale leisure projects is a plus
