Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry with significant experience in OEM sales and a deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem. Proven experience in working directly with top-tier OEMs like Toyota, BMW, Volkswagen, Nissan, MG, BYD, Chery.
Network & Connections: Established and extensive network of senior-level contacts within OEMs. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers.
Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of automotive products, technologies, and market trends, particularly within the high-end and luxury automotive segments.
Leadership: Proven track record in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.
Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close large-scale complex deals.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Location: The candidate must be based in Dubai with a willingness to travel as needed to OEM offices, events, and conferences.
