Job description

Job Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and at least 5 years in the role of General Manager - Sales.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels, including the Board and C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to lead the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Experience in the Middle East, especially in the UAE, Oman, and Qatar.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic or German is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
Job Duties:
  • Leading the sales team across UAE, Oman, and Qatar.
  • Developing projects related to EPCM, Services, Long-term Contracts, and Shutdowns.
  • Formulating and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Forecasting projects across various industry sectors.
  • Creating sales plans for new industries and product portfolios.
  • Aligning with engineering companies, OEMs, and PMCs in the region.
  • Participating in industry events to expand the RTT network in the region.
  • Analyzing market research and trends to identify potential customers and opportunities.
  • Implementing market analysis and competitive strategies.
  • Preparing forecasts and reports.
  • Planning and executing sales campaigns and preparing presentations.
