Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager specializing in rotating equipment in Abu Dhabi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and drive strategic initiatives for growth and development. Responsibilities include managing team performance, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with engineering and technical teams to deliver high-quality services. The role also involves budget management, operational planning, and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
• Strong Leadership and Management skills
• Experience in Rotating Equipment and compressor servicing.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Strategic planning and budget management experience
• Oversee all company operations and ensure optimal performance.
