General Manager – Recruitment & Outsourcing
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 15,000 per month + 15% Commission + Company Car + Fuel Allowance + Other Benefits
Experience: 5 to 10 years in the Recruitment & Outsourcing Industry
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and drive the growth of our Recruitment & Outsourcing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, operations management, finance, marketing management, and admin management within the staffing industry. This role requires a dynamic leader who can develop strategic partnerships, expand market reach, enhance operational efficiency, and oversee the entire management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Growth:
    • Develop and execute business strategies to expand recruitment and outsourcing services.
    • Identify and acquire new clients through business development team building long-term business relationships.
    • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  2. Operations, Finance & Administration:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment, operations, finance, and administrative functions of the company.
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
    • Implement best practices for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and vendor management.
    • Control company finances, budgeting, and cost optimization for maximum profitability.
  3. Client & Vendor Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with labor supply vendors and external recruitment partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and service quality.
  4. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment, operations, finance, and administration teams.
    • Set performance targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
