General Manager - Real Estate

Company Description: A dynamic and fast-growing Real Estate company expanding its operations in Dubai, UAE. SRE specializes in mid to high-end properties, mainly focusing on sub leasing properties. It has been running its operations in Sharjah since 1979 and continuously looks at innovative ways to satisfy clients and to be the lead in the real estate industry.

Role Description: The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the real estate business, managing staff, developing business strategies, and ensuring profitability and growth. This role is for our Dubai Office and requires the person to set up the Dubai function and oversee all operations.

2. Financial Management and Budgeting skills
3. Leadership and Team Management skills
4. Real Estate Industry knowledge and experience
5. Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
7. Experience in a managerial role is mandatory
8. RERA license is mandatory
