Role Overview

As the General Manager (Product & Growth) at Serri, you will drive our expansion in the UAE, leading product innovation, go-to-market strategies, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our AI CRM solutions and scale our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap to enhance AI-driven automation for B2C marketing.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Ensure seamless integrations with marketing and sales tools (WhatsApp, Slack, CRMs, etc.).
  • Drive go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Optimize sales funnels and scale revenue channels via automation and AI-driven campaigns.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine user engagement and conversion strategies.
  • Lead market expansion efforts in the UAE and build key partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives with a focus on SMBs and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive profitability and long-term scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, growth, or business leadership.
  • Strong background in AI, SaaS, marketing automation, or B2C tech products.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, optimizing product-market fit, and scaling revenue.
  • Experience in launching and growing SaaS products in international markets (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a bias for execution and automation.
