Driving Innovation in Pipeline Solutions Across the Middle East! Are you an accomplished pipeline industry professional with extensive leadership, business expansion, and technical expertise? We are seeking a General Manager to lead our operations, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of advanced pipeline solutions for diverse applications across municipal, industrial, agricultural, energy, and undersea sectors. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution • Develop and implement the company’s business strategy in alignment with corporate goals. • Analyze market trends and optimize business models to ensure sustainable growth. • Establish business expansion strategies for PVC, TCP, RTP, SRPP, HDPE, PP-R, PE, PE-RT, PB, and composite pipes to meet growing market demands. Market Expansion & Business Development: • Lead market expansion in the Middle East and internationally, identifying new opportunities and partnerships. • Strengthen relationships with construction firms, EPC contractors, distributors, government authorities, and key industry stakeholders to drive pipeline material sales. • Conduct competitive market analysis to enhance product positioning and maximize market share. Operations & Management: • Oversee daily operations, optimizing business processes to improve efficiency across pipeline manufacturing and sales. • Lead and manage procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring seamless material flow for bulk pipeline orders and projects. • Supervise regulatory compliance for pipeline materials, ensuring adherence to international industry standards and safety protocols. Financial & Cost Control: • Develop and manage the company’s financial budget, maintaining profitability and financial health. • Optimize cost structures, enhance capital efficiency, and ensure sustainable cash flow management. • Drive pricing strategies for bulk pipeline procurement agreements, ensuring competitive market positioning. Team Leadership & Development: • Build and manage a high-performing international team, ensuring expertise in pipeline specifications, durability, corrosion resistance, and pressure ratings. • Implement training programs to improve product knowledge and execution capabilities. • Establish motivation and reward mechanisms to foster a results-driven culture. Compliance & Risk Management: • Ensure company operations comply with local and international trade regulations governing pipeline manufacturing and distribution. • Supervise contract management, control credit risks, and protect the company’s interests in high-value agreements.
Only Pipelines Industry Professionals Should Apply Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. • 5-10 years of experience in international trade, supply chain, or pipeline manufacturing, with at least 3 years in senior management roles. Market & Industry Knowledge: • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern pipeline market, with an established network and industry connections. • Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute pipeline-focused market strategies. Leadership & Management Skills: • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to drive business goals and market expansion. • Strong business operations knowledge, including cross-functional coordination in sales, procurement, and logistics. Financial & Legal Expertise: • Expertise in trade finance, international transactions, and tax planning. • Familiarity with international trade laws, contract management, and compliance regulations related to pipeline materials. Language Proficiency: • Native Arabic speaker, proficiency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
