Job Description

The General Manager will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and overall management of wastewater treatment plant operations.

Experience Required

• Minimum 15 years of continuous professional experience within the water, wastewater, utilities or industrial sector.
• Minimum 8 years of senior management experience.
• Significant experience managing wastewater treatment plants and/or water infrastructure O&M operations.
• Proven experience managing operational performance, budgets, contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated experience working with clients, senior stakeholders and management committees.
• Experience in asset management, operational improvement and performance optimisation.
• Previous experience in the Middle East/GCC would be an advantage.
