About The Role
The General Manager oversees the entire outlet operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include managing service areas, training and motivating staff, controlling food and labor costs, P&L management, staffing, safety, hygiene, and adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
About You
You should have at least 10 years’ hospitality experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a Japanese-Peruvian cuisine restaurant.
The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, results-oriented, and adaptable. They possess strong leadership skills, can motivate teams, understand quality and volume, delegate effectively, and set clear expectations. A solid understanding of financials and familiarity with One & Only One Za’abeel’s policies, procedures, and systems are essential.
