About The Role

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the outlet, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. This includes managing all service areas within the restaurant, overseeing training, motivation, retention of the team, food and labor costs, P&L responsibility, staffing, safety, and hygiene, while adhering to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

About You

To succeed, you should have at least 10 years of hospitality experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a Japanese-Peruvian cuisine restaurant. You are energetic, positive, results-driven, and adaptable. You possess strong leadership skills, are an excellent motivator, and understand the importance of detail, quality, and volume. Financial acumen and adherence to policies and systems are essential.
