ITP Live is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven General Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our influencer marketing business across Asia.

Based in Singapore, this role will be responsible for building market presence, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing team to support regional growth.

The successful candidate will be a commercially driven leader with a strong understanding of the influencer marketing, digital media, and content landscape. They will play a key role in growing ITP Live's presence across Asia, building strategic relationships with creators, celebrities, and mega influencers, and establishing best‑in‑class talent partnerships and campaign execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the East Asia growth strategy, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders across the region.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee major client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with leading creators, celebrities, mega influencers across Asia, while establishing and leading a dedicated talent partnerships and relationships team.
• Build and oversee a high-performing campaign execution team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, seamless execution, and exceptional client service.
• Drive the development and delivery of integrated influencer marketing campaigns for regional and international clients.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing local team.
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy.
• Ensure operational excellence and the successful execution of all client campaigns.

• Extensive experience in influencer marketing, digital media, advertising, marketing services, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and managing P&L responsibility.
• Strong network across brands, agencies, media owners, and the digital marketing ecosystem in Asia.
• Experience building and leading commercial teams.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on leadership style.
• Experience operating across multiple Asian markets is highly desirable.
