General Manager (Fruits, Seafood, and Food Products)
- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of high-quality fruits, seafood, and food products, establishing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring product safety and consistency.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting sales trends, and analyzing financial performance to drive profitability and cost-efficiency across all product lines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture that empowers employees to achieve their best performance.
- Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote product lines, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility in the competitive landscape.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to reduce waste and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role focusing on fruits and seafood.
- Professional certifications in food safety management or quality assurance, such as HACCP or ISO 22000, are highly desirable.
- Proven track record in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory control systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and budget management to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
