• Oversee the sourcing and procurement of high-quality fruits, seafood, and food products, establishing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring product safety and consistency.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting sales trends, and analyzing financial performance to drive profitability and cost-efficiency across all product lines.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture that empowers employees to achieve their best performance.
• Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote product lines, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility in the competitive landscape.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes to reduce waste and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced strategic insight.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role focusing on fruits and seafood.
• Professional certifications in food safety management or quality assurance, such as HACCP or ISO 22000, are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in supply chain management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory control systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and budget management to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus for international collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in the fruits and seafood sectors, with a passion for innovative product development.
