General Manager F&I | AF Finance

Al Futtaim Finance (AFF), a Central Bank of UAE regulated entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Al-Futtaim Group, the leading business conglomerate of UAE. AFF specializes in providing a range of innovative consumer finance products to customers across the UAE. The job holder's primary responsibility is full ownership and control of Al Futtaim Finance F&I sales team operation across all Al Futtaim Automotive brands in the UAE & Overseas Automotive Companies, delivering to income targets, ensuring all business channels have credit along with F&I solutions.

The General Manager F&I will lead the Sales activities of AFF F&I Sales by:

1. Recruiting, Managing and developing the Team of Brand Business Development Managers.
2. Driving and achieving agreed KPI targets (focus on IPRU and ultimately income growth).
3. On-going performance management of Brand BDMs and their F&I teams based on agreed KPI metrics and performance levels, HR issues, Incentive Signoffs, and staff Appraisals.
4. Controlling and Managing the training of the F&I team and processes to a pre-determined level and implementation into showroom environment post training.
5. Interacting and agreeing on F&I strategy with Brand Senior Management.
6. Working closely with AFG Automotive Leadership Teams.
7. Monitoring sales target and sales performance.
8. Working with MD to direct the development, coordination and tracking of incentive process.
9. Planning and delivering the monthly volume.
10. Leading in setting up steering tools such as volume based bonus system.
11. Proposing and influencing new revenue generating solutions with Partner Banks & Finance companies.
12. Leading the Business with Operations GM in MD's absence.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Strong knowledge of F&I process, structure, systems and methodology.
2. Understanding of Auto Sales Processes (dealer level UAE).
3. Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
4. Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
6. Strong Command of the English language.
7. UAE Insurance product and process understanding.
8. Automotive General Management Experience within a Franchised environment.
9. Previous F&I Manager experience is essential.
