We are now seeking aGeneral Managerto lead our entry and operations in Dubai and the wider MENA region. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in both sales and operations, and who can build and run a high-quality service organisation from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations for Unicorn Hospitality in Dubai and MENA.
• Drive new business development through direct outreach, networking, and industry relationships.
• Build strong client partnerships with hotel operators, serviced apartment owners, and facility management providers.
• Set up and oversee staffing models in collaboration with manpower providers.
• Implement Unicorn’s operational standards, training programs, and quality controls across all service lines (housekeeping, soft FM, maintenance, guest services, F&B support, management-for-hire).
• Manage P&L performance, reporting directly to Group HQ in Europe.
• Recruit and lead a small but high-performance local team as the business scales.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, health & safety requirements, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in hospitality operations, facility management, or related service industries in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record in sales/business development with hospitality or FM contracts.
• Strong operational management skills, including manpower scheduling and quality control.
• Existing professional network within the UAE hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
