The General Manager for Contract Logistics oversees warehouse and transport operations across multiple sites in Dubai. This role manages a large team, ensures financial performance, and fosters strong client relationships to deliver customized logistics solutions. • Manage daily warehouse and transport operations, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, and picking processes.
• Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and implement process improvements using methodologies like Six Sigma and DMAIC.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

• Strong client management skills, with experience handling closed-book and open-book contracts and achieving commercial goals.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English
• Readiness to be based in Dubai with occasional travel.
