Confidential is seeking an experienced General Manager – Construction to lead the company’s operations, growth, and profitability in Dubai. You will oversee multiple projects from tender through delivery, drive commercial performance, and ensure safety and quality across all sites.

The role demands a strong leader with UAE experience, a civil engineering or construction management background, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of UAE experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
