Job summary

Galadari Ventures seeks a strategic leader to shape and drive the division's business strategy across projects in the UAE, aligning with overall corporate goals.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of civil projects, enforce safety and quality standards, manage budgets and governance, and mentor engineering teams.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in civil contracting and strong stakeholder relationships with regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management or MBA preferred.
• 20–25 years in civil contracting, with at least 15 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple medium-to-large projects (commercial, industrial).
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Strategic Business Leadership

• Develop and execute the division's business strategy in alignment with Galadari Ventures overall goals
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting and financial performance tracking
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and bids to expand the contracting portfolio
• Drive cost efficiency and margin improvement across projects

Project Execution / Operations Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of all civil projects ensuring adherence to safety, quality and time standards
• Review and approve project schedules, budgets, procurement plans and cash flows
• Implement robust project governance, reporting and risk control mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations Dubai Municipality, DCD, Trakhees, etc

People / Organizational Development

• Lead, mentor and develop project, engineering and site management teams
• Foster a results-oriented culture with accountability and collaboration across functions
• Drive workforce planning, training and succession for critical project roles

Client / Stakeholder Management

• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulatory authorities
• Represent the company in negotiations, contract discussions and key external forums
• Ensure timely resolution of project escalations and contractual issues

Governance / Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE, quality and compliance standards across all sites
• Work closely with Finance, HR and Procurement to maintain cost discipline and operational integrity
• Provide accurate project and financial reporting to the CEO and Board

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Construction Management or MBA preferred).
• 20 - 25 years of experience in civil contracting, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership or GM-level role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple medium-to-large projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
