Job summary

Galadari Ventures seeks a strategic leader to shape and drive the division's business strategy across projects in the UAE, aligning with overall corporate goals.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery of civil projects, enforce safety and quality standards, manage budgets and governance, and mentor engineering teams.

The role requires extensive senior leadership experience in civil contracting and strong stakeholder relationships with regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Construction Management or MBA preferred.
• 20–25 years in civil contracting, with at least 15 years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple medium-to-large projects (commercial, industrial).
• Strong commercial, contractual and financial acumen.
• Deep understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to develop and execute the division's business strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of civil projects with safety, quality and time adherence.
• Review and approve schedules, budgets, procurement plans and cash flows.
• Ensure governance, reporting and risk control mechanisms.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and regulators.
• Provide project and financial reporting to CEO and Board.
