We are actively seeking a visionary and results-oriented General Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of a fully integrated, standalone Aluminium Factory in the UAE. This is a high-impact strategic leadership role, ideal for a forward-thinking professional who can drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and steer business growth across all functional areas including production, engineering, quality assurance, commercial performance, and cross-departmental team leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise and a proven leadership record in precision Aluminium fabrication, with direct experience delivering complex facade solutions such as curtain wall systems, architectural cladding, high-performance doors and windows, and unitized panels . Prior experience managing large-scale, high-output fabrication facilities that support iconic and technically demanding projects across the UAE and broader GCC region is essential. This role demands not only strong operational control but also sharp commercial insight, technical authority , and the ability to motivate and align high-performing teams toward excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the aluminium factory including production, planning, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization, productivity, and adherence to delivery schedules without compromising on quality.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and plant infrastructure.

Financial & Strategic Management

• Own the P&L of the aluminium division; drive profitability, cost control, and resource optimization.
• Define strategic objectives and translate them into actionable plans aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
• Monitor budgets, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee production of aluminium façade elements such as curtain wall, sliding doors, unitized panels, cladding, louvers, balustrades, etc.
• Supervise fabrication drawings review, material specifications, and technical compliance with client / consultant requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local authority regulations.

Client & Project Coordination

• Act as the senior liaison between the factory and project delivery teams.
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and clients on project deliverables, deadlines, and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve technical issues or operational bottlenecks in coordination with design and site teams.
• Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team across all departments (Production, QA / QC, Engineering, Procurement, HR, etc.).
• Foster a performance-driven culture emphasizing accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular team reviews and align workforce planning with Project pipeline.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in the aluminium fabrication industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM / Factory Director / Operations Head).
• Proven track record of managing high-volume aluminium production facilities, particularly in façade systems, unitized systems, and curtain wall projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (e.g., Schüco, Technal, Reynaers, Gulf Extrusions, etc.) and automated fabrication processes.
• Solid understanding of commercial, contractual, and supply chain aspects.
• Hands-on leadership with strong strategic planning, team development, and operational execution skills.
• UAE / GCC experience is a must ; Arabic language is a plus .
