Leña, an exceptional and dynamic restaurant in Dubai, is on the lookout for a talented, experienced, and passionate General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our business. We pride ourselves on delivering an extraordinary dining experience, and we are seeking a leader who can inspire excellence and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize operational efficiency, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
• Handle all aspects of staff management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverages, ensuring consistency and adherence to Leña’s standards.
• Manage inventory, control supplies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Collaborate with the ownership and management team to drive growth, marketing, and promotional strategies.

Key Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial control, and staff training.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering top-tier service.
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing profit & loss.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations is preferred.
