We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their operations across the UAE.

• Lead and manage daily operations of all retail outlets across the UAE.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to ensure sustainable growth and strong brand positioning.
• Drive revenue, optimize operational efficiency and monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Supervise all functional departments to ensure seamless coordination and performance.
• Analize market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and key clients.
• Ensure adherence to UAE laws and industry regulations.
• Lead, mentor and empower the management team to foster a culture of performance and engagement.
• Oversee product mix, pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.
• Champion digital transformation and elevate customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10–12 years of leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably in gold and diamond / jewellery.
• Proven expertise in multi-store management and strategic decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with sound financial planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and people management capabilities.
• Fluency in English (additional regional / international languages are a bonus).
