Job description

A well-established international retail group handling one of the biggest luxury fashion brands across the globe is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee the retail operation in Dubai, UAE.

As the General Manager, you will be overseeing the brand's performance within the GCC region. You will be working closely with the branch managers to ensure that the brand's retail standards are met and optimized. Alongside this, you are expected to build strong relationships with the brand's Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Head Office functions.

The role will also involve weekly monitoring of sales performance and sales planning for events. The General Manager is also expected to effectively communicate the company policies to the employees and ensure that they are being followed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications :

• Background in premium fashion, footwear or accessories environment
• Proven track record of success in driving business performance through people
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
