As we expand, we're looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our operations and ensure consistent profitability.

Job Summary :

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and high standards in guest and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and hands-on operational management experience in the hospitality or property management industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Profit & Performance Management :
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Analyze financial reports, set KPIs, and ensure targets are consistently met.
• Manage and optimize operating budgets and cost structures.
• Operations Oversight :
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations across all properties.
• Oversee property maintenance, housekeeping, check-in / check-out processes, and guest relations.
• Implement and maintain SOPs for all operational activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of operations, customer service, maintenance, and administrative staff.
• Foster a high-performance and customer-centric team culture.
• Client & Guest Relations :
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and manage client expectations.
• Handle escalations, reviews, and feedback with professionalism and resolution-focused mindset.
• Compliance & Quality Control :
• Ensure adherence to local tourism, hospitality, and rental regulations.
• Maintain high standards of property quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Growth & Business Development :
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the property portfolio.
• Establish strategic partnerships with vendors, platforms, and service providers.

Requirements :

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within hospitality, property management, or vacation rental operations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and drive P&L performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Familiarity with property management systems, booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), and hospitality tech tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE experience preferred.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : AED 20,000 – AED 50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
• Bonus : Attractive performance-based profit-sharing scheme
