About the Role

SHDH Logistics is expanding into the UAE and is looking for a General Manager to lead our full operational setup in Dubai. This is a ground-floor opportunity — as the first employee in the UAE, you will be responsible for launching and scaling operations, managing local compliance, and hiring the team on the ground.

We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in logistics for food delivery aggregators (e.g. Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem Now) or e-commerce last-mile operations (e.g. Noon, Amazon).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end setup of SHDH operations in Dubai

• Handle legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements

• Recruit, train, and manage drivers and operational staff

• Build fleet management and last-mile delivery operations

• Set up delivery systems aligned with aggregator or ecommerce models

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and delivery efficiency

• Serve as the local representative for SHDH with authorities and partners

• Report directly to the CEO on performance and expansion milestones

• 5+ years in logistics or last-mile delivery

• Experience with food aggregators or e-commerce platforms (e.g. Talabat, Noon, Deliveroo, Amazon)

• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and fleet operations

• Ability to work independently and scale a business from scratch

• Experience in compliance and operations team leadership

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
