Job description

Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement the company’s business strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze market trends and optimize business models to ensure sustainable growth.

Market Expansion & Business Development
• Lead market expansion in the Middle East and internationally, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, customers, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Operations & Management
• Oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and improve efficiency.
• Lead and manage procurement, sales, logistics, and supply chain functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Financial & Cost Control
• Develop and manage the company’s financial budget, ensuring financial health and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, optimize cost structures, and enhance capital efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development
• Build and manage a high-performing, international team to enhance productivity and execution capabilities.
• Establish motivation and reward mechanisms to drive teamwork and employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure company operations comply with local and international trade regulations.
• Supervise contract management, control credit risks, and protect the company’s interests.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international trade, supply chain, or related industries, with at least 3 years in senior management.

Market & Industry Knowledge
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, with a well-established network and industry connections.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute market strategies.

Leadership & Management Skills
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong business operations knowledge with cross-functional coordination and execution ability.

Financial & Legal Expertise
• Knowledge of trade finance, international transactions, and tax planning.
• Familiarity with international trade laws, contract management, and compliance regulations.

Language Skills
• Native speaker is Arabic, proficiency in English and Chinese.

Other Requirements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain business relationships quickly.
• High resilience and problem-solving ability to adapt to fast-changing market environments.
