Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in international trade, supply chain, or related industries, with at least 3 years in senior management.
Market & Industry Knowledge
• Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, with a well-established network and industry connections.
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute market strategies.
Leadership & Management Skills
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve business goals.
• Strong business operations knowledge with cross-functional coordination and execution ability.
Financial & Legal Expertise
• Knowledge of trade finance, international transactions, and tax planning.
• Familiarity with international trade laws, contract management, and compliance regulations.
Language Skills
• Native speaker is Arabic, proficiency in English and Chinese.
