As the General Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational setup of this innovative platform, driving ecosystem development and team-building to establish a market-leading health-tech solution across the UAE and META region. This role is pivotal in scaling operations and achieving B2B and B2C market penetration.
Job Purpose
The General Manager will oversee the platform’s launch and growth, leading a small leadership team to build a collaborative health-tech ecosystem. With a partnership-driven approach, you will align AI-driven solutions, interoperability, and patient engagement initiatives with UAE healthcare goals, ensuring the platform’s success in mental health care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the platform’s vision, driving launch and ecosystem development across the META region.
- Operational Setup: Establish operational frameworks and methodologies to scale the platform, overseeing startup and research project portfolios.
- Team Building: Lead and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to support platform goals.
- Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with healthcare providers, regulators, and tech partners to build a robust health-tech ecosystem, ensuring alignment with clinical and market needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the platform to external stakeholders, including regulators and industry leaders, to drive partnerships and market adoption.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to UAE health regulations, maintaining data privacy and operational standards.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor platform progress, manage risks, and align initiatives with strategic objectives for B2B and B2C growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare preferred.
- Experience:
- Extensive leadership experience in digital health, mental health platforms, or healthcare services, with a focus on scaling operations.
- Proven track record in building or scaling startups, ideally in health-tech or AI-driven environments.
- General knowledge of mental health care (e.g., telehealth, digital therapeutics, or behavioral health) and ability to engage with specialists.
- Experience in health interoperability, healthcare data utilization, or patient engagement platforms is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Certifications in leadership, project management, or health informatics are a plus.
