Position Title: General Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm shaping urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation. Job Description: -Oversee all hotel operations to ensure service excellence, cleanliness, and efficiency. -Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning and financial oversight. -Lead, train, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with brand and safety standards. -Maintain strong guest, vendor, and community relationships to enhance reputation and performance

-Open to Male, Arabic and European nationalities, 50 years old and below -Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business or related field; MBA preferred. -Minimum of 10 years of hospitality experience, including 3+ years in a senior or GM role. -Proven leadership with strong financial, operational, and hospitality expertise, focused on performance, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
