The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR outsourcing, a relevant degree, and excellent English communication skills. This role involves developing client relationships, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR outsourcing/staffing is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driver’s license, preferably with own car.
• Must be aged 45 years or below.

Job description

• Oversee day-to-day operations in recruitment, outsourcing, and staffing services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, manage, and develop cross-functional teams across various locations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support expansion goals.
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry forums.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A degree from a recognized university; an MBA is preferred.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license preferably with own car
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the HR outsourcing/staffing industry is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is an absolute must.
