  • Collaborate with financial planners to maintain budget and forecast accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.

  • Evaluate accounting procedures and implement best practices for improvements.
  • Train and develop staff, providing guidance for career development goals.
  • Work with IT to implement and upgrade accounting systems and software.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
