You’ll manage and expand an existing General Insurance portfolio, primarily consisting of Group Life, Property, and Liability insurance. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of the general insurance and reinsurance markets in the Middle East, you’ll provide strategic guidance, team leadership, and expert service to our valued clients. In this role you’ll
• Manage, retain, and grow the existing General Insurance portfolio. • Lead and mentor a team to deliver outstanding client service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Leverage extensive market knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the General Insurance domain.
• Act as a trusted adviser, providing clients with strategic guidance and tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate closely with other internal teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless client experiences

What you'll bring

• Demonstrable experience in managing portfolios that include Group Life, Property, and Liability insurance.
