Job Location: United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card payments.
- Ensure all cash is accurately counted and recorded.
- Prepare daily cash reports, summarizing cash receipts and disbursements.
- Reconcile cash and credit card transactions with the accounting system.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure timely delivery to the bank.
- Maintain an accurate record of all deposits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- File and organize financial paperwork for easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel policies regarding cash handling.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
- Work closely with the accounting department and other hotel departments to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in audits and respond to inquiries regarding cash transactions.
